For offices, schools, care homes & contract work
If you're responsible for a building, you need to know the contractors you let in are properly covered and know what they're doing. We make signing us off straightforward:
- Public liability insurance, £1m cover; we'll send you the certificate before the job.
- Risk assessment & method statement, a written RA/MS prepared for your site ahead of the work.
- COSHH data sheets, safety data for every product we bring on site.
- DBS-checked, important for schools, care homes and anywhere with children or vulnerable adults.
- Supplier & pre-qualification forms, happy to complete your approval or procurement paperwork.
Over the years we've cleaned offices, warehouses, schools, care homes, churches, gyms, pubs and hotels, including the grand ballroom carpet at the Hilton on Park Lane. Send us your requirements and we'll get you the paperwork you need.
In your home: safe around your family
You're letting someone into your home, so it should feel easy. We're DBS-checked and fully insured, we use products that are safe around children and pets, and we treat your home with care, shoes off or overshoes on, furniture moved back, and nothing to pay until the job's done.
