The Stain First Aid Fridge Card
One sheet of A4 with the first-60-seconds rescue steps for the most common spills. Print it, stick it on the fridge, and the next disaster is already half-handled.

⏱️ The first 60 seconds: any spill
- Scrape up any solids with a spoon
- Blot with white kitchen roll, never rub
- Work from the outside in
- Cool water only. Heat sets stains
- Keep blotting until nothing transfers
🧪 The safe mix (most stains)
500ml cool water + 1 tsp washing-up liquid. Dab on, blot off, rinse with plain water, press dry.
